1. Chocolate chip ice cream: -

Boil two cups of heavy cream, one cup of milk, 2/3 cup of sugar, and 1/3 corn syrup in a bowl. However, the gas flame must be kept moderate. And don’t forget to mix a little vanilla extract.

Beat 6 egg yolks well with a pinch of salt. After separating the white part of the egg, you can use it to make a healthy omelet. When the mixture is ready, take a cup from it and put it in a separate container. Then mix it with the previous container while keeping the gas flame medium. When done, remove from the gas. When cool, wrap well with plastic wrap and leave in the fridge for 3 to 5 hours.

Then take it out and stir the mixture well. If you don't have an ice cream maker, you have to beat it with a hand blender for a long time. But if you can do it by hand, you will get the best results. Here's a trick here. The container in which the ice cream will be stored should be kept in the freezer beforehand and cooled.

When done, mix chocolate chips in it, pour it into the container you made and let it freeze in the freezer. Eat as much as you want.

2. Strawberry Milk Pops: -

This fruity and creamy ice lolly is quite funny. Blend two hundred grams of strawberries. Mix 100 ml half milk and 200 g condensed milk. Pour the mixture into six ice lolly molds. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Take the molds out of the fridge and hold them in tap water so that the ice creams come out easily.

3.Mango Sorbet: -

Sorbet can be made with mango or other fruits. 4 ripe mango pieces should be kept in the fridge for one hour. Then mix 4 tablespoons of honey with the mangoes and blend well. Leave the mixture in the deep freezer in the ice cream mold overnight.

4. Orio Ice Cream: -

Crush 14 Orio chocolate biscuits. Beat two cups of cream with an electric whisk in a bowl and mix one can of condensed milk. Whisk again. Finally, mix the oreo powder and refrigerate it in an ice cream mold.

5. Malai Kulfi: -

Heat 1-liter full cream milk. When the milk is hot, keep stirring on a low flame. When it becomes thick, add 4/5 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of crushed peanuts and cashew nuts, and 4/5 of cardamom and keep stirring on a low flame. Then refrigerate in ice cream molds or airtight containers for up to 6 hours.

6. Classic Vanilla Ice Cream: -

Whisk 2 cups thick cream. Mix one can of condensed milk and vanilla flavor and beat again. Leave in the fridge for 8 hours.

6. Rose Kulfi:-

Like the previous ice cream, 1 liter of milk should be thickened and fired. Mix 4/5 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon powdered Chinese almonds, 1 teaspoon cashew nuts, 1 teaspoon pesto nuts, and 4/5 cardamom. In a small bowl, mix 1 teaspoon of rose flavor and two drops of pink food color together. Remove the milk mixture from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature. Then mix rose flavor and food color. Put it in the ice cream mold and leave it in the fridge.
